Join Lisa Helia, the "Unconventional Therapist" and world-renowned change agent, for a restorative immersion at the Careby with Holywell and Aunby Village Hall.
In a world that prizes constant "doing," this is your opportunity for intentional "being." For those new to the concept: there is no water involved. Instead, you will be "bathed" in the resonant frequencies of Crystal Singing Bowls and Gongs.

To cancel or reschedule please give more than 24 hours notice. Less than 48 hours will result in, 50% refunded at Lisas discretion.
