Its the Lincoln Well Being Show ~ Mind Body & Soul Experience on Saturday 14th Sunday - 15th February 2026
A family friendly event with a wide range of retail stalls, therapies, information, guidance, 100s of interesting talks, presentations and demonstrations. You can enjoy this mind, body and soul experience for a day or make a weekend of it!
There's on-site catering, kids craft tables, and acres of free parking close to the venue.
This is a great event where real change happens.

Soundbaths
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants relax and listen to soothing sounds produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These sounds, often described as a "bath" of vibrations.
A sound bath is not in a bath or shower, haha it is to help participants relax, reduce stress, and enter a meditative state. Sound baths are often associated with sound healing, with proponents suggesting that the vibrations can help balance energy centers in the body and promote physical and mental well-being.
This can be in the workplace for groups or events, or in my private space where you can oder soup and a sandwich after or champagne and chocolates.

Therapy done Differently is £120
IEMT Training is 2026 is £450 with an annual fee of £59 to the association, This includes weekend evaluation/observations and case study support and certification.
