What exactly is IEMT, and how is it different from "standard" therapy?
IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) isn't your typical "talk about it for years" approach. It focuses on how you learned to feel a certain way rather than just what happened. By using precise eye movements, we help the brain "update" stuck emotional responses and old labels like "I am a failure" or "I am anxious," moving them from active triggers to neutral long-term memories. -
Do I have to talk about my trauma in detail?
Not if you don’t want to. IEMT can be done "content-free," meaning you don’t have to relive or disclose every painful detail for the process to work. This makes it a great option if you find traditional talk therapy too overwhelming or "triggering". -
How many sessions will I need?
My goal is resolution, not a lifelong subscription. Most clients see a significant shift in just 1 to 4 sessions. We focus on high-impact change so you can get back to living your life without the "wafty bollox". -
Is it safe? Are there any reasons I shouldn't do it?
It is generally very safe, but IEMT isn't suitable for everyone. If you have active eye conditions (like glaucoma or a detached retina) or a history of psychotic illness, this isn't the right fit for you. We’ll always have a preliminary chat first to ensure it's the right path.
For Corporate Clients & Partnerships

How can IEMT and Hypnotherapy benefit a workforce?
Unlike generic wellbeing workshops, my approach targets the Patterns of Chronicity—those unconscious habits that keep employees stuck in cycles of stress, procrastination, or imposter syndrome. I provide tools that help people regulate their own physiological states in real-time, boosting resilience and clarity. -
Is this evidence-based for high-performance environments?
Absolutely. IEMT is a neurologically grounded model used to break through mental barriers in both business and sports. It’s about "Identity Updating"~shifting a person’s self-concept from "the stressed manager" to "the decisive leader" at a neurological level.
