Please ensure before booking that you have had you 121 call with Lisa. To cancel or reschedule please give 7 days notice. More than 7 days will result in, 100% refunded at Lisas discretion or transfer to another date.. Less than 7 days or no shows will result in no refund, Lisa has a waiting list and keeps her training to small numbers for quality not quantity and asks that this is respected and considered when booking, however understands that sometimes things come up.
